Homes by Carlton Senior Site Manager Recognised Among Top 6% In The UK With NHBC Pride In The Job Quality Award

We're delighted to announce that Paul Fidgeon, Senior Site Manager, has been recognised with a prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award for his outstanding work at our Middleton Waters development in Middleton St George.

Widely recognised as the housebuilding industry's most respected benchmark for site management excellence, the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards celebrate Site Managers who consistently deliver the highest standards in housebuilding quality, health and safety, technical expertise and customer satisfaction.

Paul's award-winning achievement places him among the UK's top performing Site Managers, following a rigorous judging process in which thousands of sites across the country are assessed by NHBC inspectors over a 12-month period.

The award reflects Paul's unwavering commitment to quality and his meticulous attention to detail throughout every stage of the construction process at Middleton Waters. Paul works alongside Site Manager Greg Carr, with the pair leading the delivery of the 198-home development and maintaining the exceptionally high standards that Homes by Carlton is known for.
