Glebe Farm, Boldon

The Glebe Farm Court housing development in Boldon, Tyne and Wear is an exclusive project which consisted of 9 individual barn conversions. Each separate property was developed to a specific high standard, and it was on this project where we ultimately set the benchmark for Homes by Carlton developments moving forward. The development in the picturesque village of Boldon still looks immaculate to this day, highlighting the specification of build both internally and externally, and the luxury, finishing touches we have become renowned for at Homes by Carlton.

This was a particular popular development and one we were immensely proud to be involved in. Throughout the entire project we preserved the original, historic features throughout all of the barns, whilst incorporating stylish housing features that are generally reserved for new build homes. The end result was a selection of barn conversions that have a truly unique feel to them and make for a particularly stand-out and sought-after housing development in the Tyne and Wear region.
