Choosing between the stunning new homes at Thorpe Paddocks, Middleton WatersThe Langtons and Eastfields wasn't an easy decision to make, but we all have our pick of the best, and we'd love to tell you exactly why.

Favourite new home: Plot 7, The Bromley at The Langtons


The Bromley has everything I would want from an executive 4-bedroom family home. I adore the large open-plan kitchen and dining area, it's perfect for hosting family and friends. All the bedrooms are of a generous size and I love the layout of the master bedroom, which comes complete with a Juliet balcony. This is an all-round perfect family home situated in a beautiful village.

Favourite new home: Plot 4, The Coniston at Thorpe Paddocks

The Coniston is a fantastic detached family home. Priced at £365,000, this 4-bedroom home is great value and set in a beautiful location. I think the kitchen is such a great size and I love the sliding doors that overlook the rear garden. The floor-to-ceiling windows light up the living room and master bedroom and the ground floor provides the perfect layout for families. The Coniston is just a great-looking and practical house.

The newest member of the team, Laura is extremely passionate in her role and loves to help customers find their perfect home. 




Favourite new home: Plot 161, The Croft at Middleton Waters

I spend most of my days at the Middleton Waters showhome and it's definitely my favourite site. Plot 161, The Croft, stands out the most to me. I'm in love with this house type and could imagine myself living there. This house has great-sized rooms for a 3-bedroom semi. I like that the living room and kitchen/diner are dual aspect and span the full length of the house, both with double doors leading into the garden. The house is so bright and spacious and the layout works perfectly. This would be a brilliant family home.

Favourite new home: Plot 25, The Desning at Thorpe Paddocks

When I first walked into The Desning showhome at Thorpe Paddocks, I fell in love. We all talk about the "wow factor", and this home definitely has it. The Desning has been a very popular house type and I can see why. The kitchen/diner is perfect for entertaining and the living room has a great balance of being cosy whilst also spacious. This house is huge – three floors, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, it has everything you could possibly need. This would be my dream home.

The most creative member of the team, Sarah loves anything to do with design. She creates all the brochures, signage, website, and marketing collateral.

Favourite new home: Plot 7, The Sycamore at Eastfields

Eastfields is a beautiful development in a perfect location. Plot 7, The Sycamore, has a breathtaking view of the Hambleton hills. I could imagine eating breakfast and looking at that stunning view. The Sycamore is a huge family home with a garden that is practically the size of a football pitch, perfect for my two football-fanatic kids. The ground floor layout has been carefully thought out and just works perfectly. Upstairs, the four bedrooms are such a generous size. I've worked at Homes by Carlton for over five years and this is my favourite house so far.
